- How much is the deposit? 50% of the total costs are collected on the day of booking and the balance is due 1 month prior to the wedding day.
- How long does it take to get our photos back? 2 months or less. We’ll update you when we’re close to completion
- How long does it take to get our video back? Videos takes 3 months or less unless you get the “Diamond Plus” package with a rushed 1 month delivery.
- How much coverage time is suggested? We recommend 8hrs. This allows time for us to get extra creative.
- Do we get a discount if we get married at a Trademark Venue? Yes.
- Can we substitute our 1hr engagement session for an extra hour on the day of the wedding? Yes
- Can we get a discount if we bundle Photo & Video? Yes. Receive 10% off any video package when booking both services.
